Ground floor:
The interior is spacious, bright and free of unnecessary details.
Huge bi-fold doors open the space right out onto the poolside terrace where a shaded outside dining area offers a perfect spot for alfresco dining, with a barbecue for those leisurely lunches or chilled-out suppers.
The magnificent kitchen sleek and beautifully appointed with all the latest appliances, this is a kitchen you’ll love to cook in has been fitted with cabinetry, worktops and an island unit with a breakfast bar and stools. The open plan living room, with a sofa that can be used to sleep one guest features big windows that allow the light to enter this luxurious villa, whereas a bathroom with shower for our guest’s convenience is located on this level.

First Floor:
The two sea facing rooms are outfitted with designer furniture and bedrooms are minimal, spacious and completely open to the landscape from the balcony and the sliding glass doors.
The tranquil master bedroom with a king size bed, en suite bathroom with shower and complimentary bathrobes toiletries is a serene place to relax and rest. This bedroom opens up onto the balcony. Premium quality and comfort, a space to retreat enjoying the sea view and in room entertainment. Fully air-conditioned to keep you comfortable and cool.
The comfort twin room with sleek interior can accommodate up to two people in adjacent twin beds with en suite bathroom with shower ,complimentary bathrobes and toiletries- also has the option of a double bed. This room also has sliding glass doors that open up to the balcony for fresh sea air. Fully air-conditioned for a relaxing stay with in-room entertainment.
Both bedrooms have uninterrupted views out to sea and St Nicholas port opening up to the balcony.

Villa Sall is located in the coastal village of St Nicholas in Volimes on the North East Coast of the island , 32 km from Zakynthos Town. A lovely little fishing village buzzing with foodies and adventure seekers where boats are moored and the port for the ferry line from Cephalonia Island as well as all the local boat tours that visit the Blue Caves and Shipwreck beach.
There are several lovely traditional taverns on the beach - ideal for a lunch or dinner to watch the sun set. A short drive will take you through vast olive groves, local farms along with being close to the famous Shipwreck Bay, which can be viewed from the lookout point above.
